Industry Applications
Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind Power)
The BC9000 is widely used in medium-and-small distributed
photovoltaic arrays for collecting voltage and current data from
solar panels. In offshore wind farms, ATEX-certified models provide
stable performance in humid, salt-laden environments for
controlling turbine yaw and pitch systems.
Packaging & Printing Machinery
In food packaging plants, the BC9000 precisely controls packaging
film tension, sealing temperature, and cutter frequency. The
BC9100's dual Ethernet ports enable synchronized control of
printing presses and inspection equipment.
Automotive & Component Manufacturing
The controller monitors temperature, pressure, and curing time in
tire vulcanization lines and collects operational data from welding
robots in assembly plants. The BC9050 Lite Version provides
reliable basic control for cost-conscious workshops.
Logistics & Warehousing
In logistics hubs, the BC9000 connects position sensors to identify
package size and weight for directing sorting robots. The BC9100's
linear topology networking is ideal for long sorting lines without
additional switches.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The indicator light won't turn on with 24V DC power. What's
wrong?
A: Check for reversed power polarity or excessive power supply
ripple. Verify "+" and "-" terminal markings and test power output
with a multimeter. If ripple exceeds 50mV, add a filter module.
Q: The BC9000 keeps losing digital signal packets with third-party
sensors. Why?
A: Poor grounding is likely the cause. Connect the BC9000's
grounding terminal directly to earth and use shielded cables with
single-end grounding. Separate sensor cables from power cables to
reduce electromagnetic interference.
Q: The controller crashes frequently in high-temperature
environments. How to fix?
A: Install a cooling fan or mount in a well-ventilated area away
from heat sources. Maintain at least 5cm clearance around the
controller for proper heat dissipation.
Q: Connection to Siemens SCADA via Modbus TCP fails. What to check?
A: Verify both devices are on the same IP subnet with correct
subnet mask and gateway settings. Ensure port 502 is configured
consistently and disable the SCADA system firewall if necessary.
Q: The BC9000 doesn't fit securely on local DIN rails. How to fix?
A: Add a thin non-slip rubber pad to the rail or replace clips with
compatible parts. Custom shims can also be used to fill gaps
between clips and the rail.
